I purchased this Alvarez RF8 acoustic guitar new from McGuire Music in Lafayette for $200 a few years ago. I really did not play it that often - maybe once a year. The guitar generally stayed in its case 24/7, and looks brand new. A new Alvarez RF8 is currently about $300 on Amazon, so this is quite a deal for basically a new guitar.Let me know if you're interested!
